Who we are
MeraOps ("we") operates this website and the MeraLens waitlist. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
On this marketing site we collect only:
- the email address you submit to the waitlist; and
- aggregate, privacy-friendly usage analytics that do not identify you individually.
How we use it
We use your email address solely to contact you about MeraLens and its launch. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Our lawful basis for the waitlist is your consent: you give it by submitting the form and then confirming via a link we email you (double opt-in), and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that run this site on our behalf:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) — sends the waitlist confirmation and launch emails.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — provides our DNS, CDN and security layer, and Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless, aggregate site metrics.
- Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) — hosts the website.
Where your data is processed
The website is hosted in Microsoft Azure's West Europe (Ireland) region, and Cloudflare operates a global network. Some providers — including our email provider — may process data outside the UK/EU (for example in the United States) under appropriate data-transfer safeguards. Specific processor terms and safeguards will be confirmed here before launch.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until you decline at launch — whichever comes first.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Cookies
This site uses only essential storage (such as remembering your light/dark theme). Our analytics are cookie-free, so we do not set tracking cookies.
